Doom

id Software, Imagineer

In the future, humans have left Earth and settled throughout the galaxy. On Mars, the Union Aerospace Corporation has established a radioactive waste facility and allowed the military to conduct teleportation experiments on the nearby moons of Deimos and Phobos. Hours ago, the base on Mars began receiving incoherent distress messages from Phobos, while Deimos has disappeared completely. With all attempts to establish contact failing, you and your team have been dispatched to investigate. Upon arrival, you secure the perimeter as the rest of your team enters the facility. As you stand guard, your radio crackles with the sound of gunfire, cracking bones and blood-curdling screams and eventually falls silent. Alone, with no way off the planet or means to defend yourself other than your trusty pistol, there’s only one way out - into the complex of death and the horrors that await you within. If you plan to get out of here alive you must fend off the hordes of demonic imps, haunting spectres and your undead, former comrades waiting to tear you limb from limb. So, grab the nearest shotgun and blast your way out of this fragging madness!

King's Quest VIII: The Mask of Eternity

King's Quest VIII: The Mask of Eternity

Sierra On-Line, Imagineer, Activision

King's Quest: Mask of Eternity (also known as King's Quest VIII: The Mask of Eternity) is an action-adventure video game written and designed by Roberta Williams and released in 1998 by Sierra Studios, is the eighth, and at present remains the final, official computer game in the famous King's Quest series. It is the first and only game in the series where the main character is neither King Graham nor a member of his family, the first in the series to use a full 3D engine as opposed to the 2D cartoon or pixel style of the earlier games and the first to omit the sequel numbering system on box artwork and title screen, though references to it being the eighth game appear in the file structure and the game was marketed as KQ8 on the official website, interviews, and other places.

Medarot 2: Kuwagata Version

Medarot 2: Kuwagata Version

Natsume Co., Ltd., Imagineer

Medarot 2 was released in 1999 for the Nintendo Game Boy. It's a direct sequel to Medarot 1, and follows the first adventures of Ikki Tenryou and his friends in the town of Omikuji. Unlike its predecessor, Medarot 2 can be played in full color on a Game Boy Color. Like the other RPGs, the game was released in two versions where the main difference is the player's starting Medarot: Kabuto (Rhinoceros beetle, Metabee) and Kuwagata (Stag beetle, Rokusho). Along with the starting Medarots, there are some Medarots and Medals that can only be obtained in a specific version. A remake of the game for Game Boy Advance, titled Medarot 2 Core, was released in 2002. While the remake saw releases in North America and Europe, the original Game Boy version of Medarot 2 has never been translated into English.

More commonly known as TOCA Touring Car Championship, the first game of the series was released for the PC and PlayStation platforms in late 1997 in Europe, and in summer 1998 in the United States. Featuring all the licensed cars (not including privateers) and tracks from the 1997 British Touring Car Championship, the game was critically acclaimed by the European games press - especially on console where it was widely considered the best in its genre until the release of Gran Turismo several months later.
