Atelier Meruru Plus: The Apprentice of Arland adds new elements of land development to the RPG and simulation game system, providing additional depth and gameplay in this anime-style adventure. One year after the events of Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland, the story begins in Arls Kingdom, a tiny nation in the far northwest of the Arland Republic. The quaint kingdom lacks the highly developed machinery and alchemy of the larger nation, but is nonetheless poised to join the Republic. However, many obstacles must first be overcome. To minimize criticism from opposition parties, Arls proposes a development project to increase its influence. To begin, a number of skilled adventurers are dispatched to Arls from Arland, including the alchemist Totori Helmold, the star of Atelier Totori. Meruru, Princess of Arls, maneuvers to become Totori’s apprentice with aspirations of becoming an alchemist in her own right. Meruru’s quest is to develop her kingdom before Arls becomes part of Arland. Enlisting the help of her friends, Meruru will synthesize, explore, build, and battle her way to making a bigger and better kingdom.

The player can deal damage to an enemy by stomping on them after they have fallen to the ground, or kick them into traps. Modes The main feature of the game is called the Quest Mode, which features 100 new quests to complete. In it, the player plays as Valgyrie, and is able to obtain new traps and abilities. The game will also include an option titled Deception Studio, which allows players to create their own characters, enemies, and missions. Parts for Deception Studio can be acquired by playing Quest Mode.

Deception IV: Blood Ties follows the story of Laegrinna, an animated fragment of an imprisoned Devil's soul, as she battles her enemies by mischievously luring them into strategically placed traps. From rolling boulders and spiked walls to spring boards, iron maidens, human cannons, falling bathtubs and banana peels, the player can choose from a multitude of dramatic, sadistic, and comical traps in order to finish off an enemy. However, simply setting traps is not enough, as they need to be activated in turn. Timing also plays an important role, as an untimely activation could result in Laegrinna falling into her own trap or allowing her rivals to catch her. Depending on the manner in which an enemy is killed or captured, the Devil's three servants - Veruza, Caelea and Lilia (each representing a different aspect of cruelty: Sadistic Torment, Elaborate Death and Humiliating Demise) - reward points and upgraded traps.

DMM Games’ PC browser game Dead or Alive Xtreme Venus Vacation, which was first announced at Tokyo Game Show 2016, will launch as a free-to-play title with item-based micro-transactions in Japan in 2017, the company announced. The latest entry in the Dead or Alive Xtreme series, Dead or Alive Xtreme Venus Vacation features new and simple game systems, uses high-end 3D models, and has high-quality graphics by way of the new Soft Engine. Confirmed characters so far include Marie Rose (voiced by Mai Aizawa), Honoka (voiced by Ai Nonaka), and Hitomi (voiced by Yui Horie). There are also non-game modes such as viewing and photographing modes.
